Many of us feel the only way to get into the newspaper is to buy an ad. Wrong! Take advantage of your local newspaper to send press releases about anything new that is going on in your office. Let them know of a new technique you learned or a new service you're offering. Or write an informative article. I shouldn't be self-promoting - they won't print it. You can talk about a health issue and then in closing tell about how massage is a positive impact. Your local newspaper is always on the look out for stories. And they're more than happy to help local businesses who have something new to tell them or an article to inform them. You never know who else is reading the paper and where your publicity or press release will lead from there!
